Panic is for me a project that i invest a lot of time/will/effort and feelings in. I want Panic to succede, to raise, to gain power and respect along with each and every one of it`s members.
We are small yet, but our strenght should not be in numbers, but in wizz and team spirit. We shoould have the stringht to enjoy our good and prosperous times toghether, and also to bare with clan problems, make a team and sustained effort to overcome them.
We should have discipline and self conscience, we shoul help eachother and work togheter for the clan benefit. AND MOST OF ALL WE SHOULD BE DOING THAT CAUSE WE WANT TO, not because we are told.
I wish ppl woudl have initiative, and also the other give positive/active/imediate responses to one`s initiative.
Every one of you CAN/SHOULD be able to create a clan party, and ppl should start doing this more, even dough it`s more confortable to farm alone or with randoms.
I trust that in time we will learn the sense of duty and sharing the clan goals, understanding the clan interest, and being able to make small sacrifices of own interest for the clans benefit.

I do not encourage, accept or repay selfisnes.
All obay the same rules. Not contributing to clan is a major problem, not participating to clan activityes also. As u all understand these will be reasons for dismissal.

Selfishness, envy and fights do not have their place in Panic. We should be mature enough to make out of our clan a pleasant and efficient enviroment for everybody. I will not tolerate disident`s envy, fights and disrespectful atitudes, as the majority of the clan obayes this rule of common sense, it imposes me to be strict in this way.


All in all, this is how Panic shoudl be, how we shoudl learn to be ourselves.

Those who do not find themselves sharing this interest/wish or do not find themselves capable of respecting these rules of conduct are strongly advised to leave the clan.
